WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

As a small roaster we often find ourselves with extra bags of coffee on hand. 

Often times we end up with extra bags at the end of a roasting schedule due to odd batch sizing, and or tweak an existing profile that causes a coffee to taste a little different from our description of the product. These are coffees we feel are best served being enjoyed, so we're offering them at a reduced price to prevent waste and give our customers a fun experience. 

HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS SOMETHING WORTH DRINKING?

Our reputation is important to us and we guarantee the following:

• The coffee contained in this bag will meet or exceed 200g of weight.
• Our standard MSRP for the bag you receive will always exceed the price you pay for this bag.
• The cup will be something our roaster enjoys. We will not ship you something we wouldn't want to drink. We are after all focused on the experience of every cup. 
• All bags shipped will be roasted within the last twenty days at the time of shipping. You will not be receiving older merchandise. Stale coffee sucks, we know. (Most of our roasts need a minimum of three weeks rest to be best enjoyed anyway)
