Ethiopia Guji Washed

Sourced from the Gigesa washing station, this coffee is made possible by 500 small coffee growers near the small town of Gigesa in the Shakiso region. We found the coffee offered a delightful Ethiopian complexity with notes of red wine, red berries, and stone fruit, with complex florals on the back of the tongue.
